Host your next event, party, or celebration at the gallery. Our large space, with hardwood floors, stage, and gas stove is very inviting for any kind of get together. New shows are on display each month at the gallery to add a lovely visual experience to your gathering.

If the gallery space is too big for your event, we also have our Green Room. A warm room that can be decorated to accommodate any celebration.

Events we like to host at the Sixth Street Gallery:

Poetry Readings & Lectures ~ We celebrate the art of the spoken word and are always seeking opportunities.

Music ~ We welcome music of all kinds on our stage.

Just for Fun ~ From Movie Nights to Swap-O-Rama-Ramas we are always looking for something fun to do.

Here are some ideas of what you could do at the gallery:

Specialty Parties, Occasions, or Fundraisers

Business Meetings ~ The gallery can be a nice change of scenery for your next business meeting or social.

Student Exhibits, Non-Profit Displays, & Community Performances ~ We support the work of non-profit organizations in our community. We can provide an arena to showcase art work in our green room or on our stage to celebrate your project and hard work.

Artist Display Space ~ We have an amazing main gallery that is available for rental by individual artists or a group. Artwork can be 2-D or 3-D. Shows will be on display for the month agreed upon by both the artist(s) and our board. We will collaborate with artists on promotion, as well as host an artist reception on the First Friday of that month.

 

RENTAL RATES:

Fees for Main Gallery for display:
$500 for rental by a person or group, involving sales, with a 25% commission.
Not available to non-profit organizations without sales or without a fee.

Fees for Green Room for display:
$250 for rental by a person or group, involving sales, with a 25% commission if we run sales. Available to non-profit organizations for free in exchange for assistance with volunteer hours, promotion, and reception.

Fees for Main Gallery for an event:
Private or after hours events closed to the public:
$300 for 2 hours, $500 for 4 hours. Non-profit fundraising events: $150 for 2 hours, $275 for 4 hours. Public cultural events are free and will depend on the availability of our staff if after hours.

Fees for Green Room for an event:
Private party or one time event:
$50 for 2 hours, $75 for 4 hours, a 10% commission will be collected if the Sixth Street Gallery runs sales for vendors.

Fees for business or organizations hosting meetings:
In the Gallery or Green Room:
$50 for 2 hours, $75 for 4 hours.
No fee for Non-profit organizations.
