Artist Statement

As an Artist, there is no greater compliment then seeing my work in people's homes and businesses. Knowing they have chosen an extension of me to fill their personal space, is what I live for. Over the years, I have created a plethora of paintings ranging from landscapes to florals. Though my work has varied, I have remained true to the techniques and colors that make my paintings unique.

I am constantly striving to develop my work as an artist. My most recent paintings on "Woman" have been a nice transition from painting to mixed media. What makes these paintings exceptional isn't what you see from a distance, rather what you discover when you are close. They are intimate, meaningful and in every aspect, "woman". I hope you find the same type of fulfillment in viewing them as I have in Creating them.
